Purpose of the Resolution
The Resolution serves as a formal acknowledgment of a brother’s dedication and service. It may be read at memorials, funerals, or chapter observances as a lasting tribute from the Fraternity.

Chapter Polaris (President) or Chapter Designee
Regional Leadership
Immediate Family of the Deceased Brother
